Identified

Engineering teams are working on a connectivity issue when connecting via our primary load balancers. Real-world impact is that some users may experience timeouts when connecting to our production application.

Users can mitigate this issue by connecting to https://prod-app-prod-azu.thelayer.com until we resolve the issue.
